The establishment and regulation of Instagram

Instagram was established by Kevin Systrom and  Mike Kriege. At that time instagram was named burbn - the check in program as same as foursquare. They mobilize together about 500,000 USD investment from Andreessen Horowitz and Baseline Ventures. In October 6, 2010 Instagram has released on App Store.

Instagram has launched a mode for users that contain users who require 13 years of overtime. This application also does not allow images to be registered with any content with violence, nudity, sexual images and some responsibility for user accounts.

Instagram does not claim ownership of images posted through this application, including content, data, images, videos, audio clips, artwork...
